In the last Training Matters edition, Bridgeway Consulting announced the launch of a new training academy at West Horndon in Essex.

The interest and footfall at the Academy centre has exceeded Bridgeway Consulting’s initial expectations. Pino De Rosa, Bridgeway Consulting Managing Director, says, ‘These are exciting times for Bridgeway’s rail training and assessment services. The opening of the West Horndon academy has been a really positive venture for us and reinforced our position in the market place. The academy is proving to make a valuable contribution to the rail industry.’

Supporting the West Horndon Academy is a dedicated training and administration team, which has many years of experience of successfully delivering rail training and assessment services to the rail industry. This is proving to be pivotal in its successful operation.

Bridgeway also has the flexibility of sending its trainers to a venue of the client’s choice. This is also applicable for their assessors who are available to deliver workplace assessments anywhere on the rail network.
