Officers narrowly avoid being hit by large block of wood at Birmingham New Street

Two British Transport Police PCSOs narrowly avoided serious injury when a large block of wood was dropped from above at Grand Central, Birmingham New Street station.

Shortly after 11:16pm on April 19, the pair were patrolling the station when a “wooden table top” was thrown at them
