West Midlands Trains’ new starter to oversee introduction of EMUs

Porterbrook has announced that product development director Zena Dent is set to leave the business for West Midlands Trains (WMT).

From July, Zena, who joined Porterbook in 2016, will oversee the introduction of new-build Aventra EMUs in WMT’s ‘transformation team’.

Porterbrook CEO Mary Grant said: “I’d like to thank Zena for her contribution to the business and congratulate her on the new role – our industry needs good people to focus on the efficient introduction of the large amount of new rolling stock coming onto the network in coming years.
