Patrick Parsons’ appointment

Engineering consultancy Patrick Parsons has recruited a new director for rail.

Sen Jay Dookayka was most recently interim head of scheme design at East West Railway Company and joins Patrick Parsons’ Twickenham office to lead the southern region and help grow the rail sector.

Prior to East West Railway Company, Sen Jay worked as programme engineering manager for Network Rail, delivering a portfolio of projects including the electrification of the Great Western Railway and re-modelling of the Oxford station area.
